clean roompositive staffgreat location
the room was clean upon arrival i noticed consistent upkeep throughout my stay complimentary water was provided i found a convenient refill station near reception access to unlimited hot drinks was a definite plus. i appreciated the hotel's design and the atmosphere inside sitting in the breakfast room was relaxing the decor included plants and pictures that added character to the space. the location opposite the station was excellent for transport links it was easy to use tubes and trains from there i found the staff helpful and positive .
the room seemed smaller than expected from the photos online there was limited space for luggage

Excellent Stay Near Paddington

The hotel is steps away from Paddington Station, made airport transfers simple. My room was super clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the fresh breakfast. The quality of the ingredients was excellent. The homemade baked beans were a standout!
My room faced the main road, and the noise made it difficult to sleep at night. Maybe they can get BETTER WINDOWS.

I adored that the hotel was next to paddington station. this made transportation so simple. the breakfast was also wonderful. It offered choices i don't usually see.
My room was rather small. It barely fit my belongings. the lack of air conditioning made the room too warm for my liking.
